The state of KY is charging tax on all retreat groups as of March 2023.
All 501(c)(3) churches/groups are required to have a KY certificate of exemption on file with us before the retreat in order to be exempt. Non-profits are not exempt from the 1% transient tax.
WKYC is not available to host retreats in the summer months.
Retreats may be booked for the fall, winter, and spring seasons only.
